The shoulder straps do not stay on well and the way it fits with the low back is not comfortable and required a lot of adjusting throughout the day.

This definitely runs a bit small so I would go up at least 2-3 sizes if you want to be able to breathe lol I have to wait until the bloating goes down be able to fit into it properly. It fits but it's TIGHT. And the back is so low the straps fall off my shoulders.
