The Aura SF Ascend Shorts in Black are super comfortable and supportive. I love the pockets, they actually hold everything in place, and the waistband gives really great support.

good length and has pockets

never need to pull them down during workouts/pilates, which is something you can't find easily! also pockets on both sides makes walks/runs more convenient when you don't have to carry a separate bag to store the phone :)

Short torso friendly

These are one of the best shorts I've tried. Comfy, not too high rise for my short torso, but covers all the bits you want. Perfect compression level as expected for the size (M) I selected (normally a 12 AUS). Squat proof, and stays pretty well in place while training.
