The link they provided did not work. It took me going to her YouTube page to get in touch with a customer service representative. They don’t respond to emails either. They said they’d find out what the issue was but 3 weeks went by and it was radio silence. For a link on Zoom, in 2023. Had to go through my bank for a refund. My gut told me not to buy any actual products as my first purchase, to just test the waters. So glad I trusted my instincts.
