I’ve installed hundreds of plugs and would never attempt to plant them without soil moist.

Enhanced Growth
When I ordered the initial grass plugs, I ordered some of the Soil Moist. Planting the plugs was very easy and by dipping the plugs into the soil moist, the plugs were given an excellent start. They have been planted about 3 weeks and are doing great.
