The hat itself was of great quality; however, it did not come with its own hat box. Another thing that really upset me was that both the hat and the shipping box arrived crushed and damaged. The shipping box was not marked as fragile, and there was nothing inside the box to keep the hat securely in place, which likely contributed to it being crushed during shipping.
Overall, I'm very disappointed. Considering this is a high-quality hat brand, it was treated as if it were a $2 package. This was the only hat available in my size, so I decided it would be best to steam and reshape it rather than return it.
