The last Dab arrived broken and it was never replaced

I love the hot sauces and I was looking forward to having them for a party. However, the box arrived and the last dab was broken. I reached out to customer service and never got a resolution or refund for the broken one

Really like the flavors in the hot sauce. I would like los calientes to be a bit more spicy
