"TITAN" Jeans

Jeans are great quality, but it seems i always have either a shipping issue or a smth to do with my package issue.. I recived my package today in a nice fedex packaging, while my actual serenede jeans packaging was torn and ripped open like someone already had this iteam and ripped the packaging open, not only that, there were very few but still dirt spots on my LIGHT GREY jeans.. its quite annoying when you guys only option is store credit.. why would anybody wanna buy smth else from you guys if this is what they get in return, im just a loyal custumer bc the potential yall have.. overall im not happy with this delivery shoutout to fedex tho

So i thoguht a size 30 would he good or be a lil bigger but these are to tight ill be able to have em for one a little period of time so i was wondering if i could get an refund, take em back and get ankther pair anyhting would help honestly
