Scrubs run really big. I’m a 2x in other brands (18-20 in jeans) and even the 3x pants were tight around my thighs and calves. Unfortunately the 4x are too big so now I have to get them altered. The reason I didn’t return them was because the petite are actually petite length and fit perfectly, and they are a nicer material that other scrubs I’ve gotten. The tops also run big.
