I ripped my old ring in half, submitted a warranty request and they sent me a new one no problem. They were in contact with me the whole time to make sure I got what I wanted and was well taken care of.

I have not found anything to dislike. This ring coming as a while set with case and extra ring is nice little deal for the price.
