I found this when looking to replace my old original Gotham Steel set. Initially I was looking for a set with options that matched what I needed, but when I saw this I thought about it and realized that it was solving a problem I'd never realized could be fixed - having handles in the way of other items on the stove, and being forced to point them at myself and keep moving them around so they're out of my way. At first I wasn't sure if I could try it, but I went with it and the handles are great. They have a very simple lock mechanism, and are very solid - they don't feel detachable when using them, and the lock is designed so you can't unlock them by mistake. Side bonus, without handles they take up less space in the cabinets. Now I just need them to make more shapes and sizes - I need a new square frying pan!

Sometimes it sticks

Gave the product a 3 star because as I was using it to fry egg ( since it says with or without cooking oil) the egg started sticking to the pan! And to wash the pots it was even harder I had to scrub with a soft sponge and soap! It stains a little to the pan after it’s been washed…. A little disappointed for the price I paid
