ordered a case as a Christmas present and accicdentally ordered the wrong size. sent the case back for exchange and the process was fairly smooth but i was sent the wrong size again though i requested the correct size for the exchange. this was a bit frustrating but as soon as i emailed them about it they put in another order for the correct size to be sent out. i have now finally given the case to the person it was for and she loves it :)
