Traditional Butter Roast Whole Bean Coffee [MEDIUM ROAST]

It's a definite yes. I also received the dark roast. If you use milk and sugar the dark roast is very much in line with what you'd get in VN in terms of the richness of the bean balanced with noticeable roast flavor. I've moved away from sweetening my coffee (and only use milk about 10% of the time for flat whites) and into lighter roasts because of a lack of options local to me -- so the medium roast is more in line with where my taste buds are now. I'm visiting CA so am limited to an SWorksDesign bottomless dripper that allows me to adjust flow rate. I liked this one at a 'table salt' size grind with a bloom & an approx. 3:30 contact time overall.

Very smooth, a bit sweet. We like and will buy again.
