Trying Process

The set sent was defective. The left earbud kept turning off at random intervals. My attempts to contact customer support were very frustrating due to the fact no one ever answered the phone. I got voicemail saying I would be contacted in the next day or so. No apparent regard seemed to be made to address my availability. Finally I made contact via email. That went back and forth trying various things to get the earbud to work correctly. None of the attempts worked. Finally a decision was made to send a replacement. That resulted in a whole new set being sent, and I returned the first set. What I have now is working well. This was my second purchase from ISOtunes. My first experience was good. The product I bought worked very well and still does. That gave me the confidence to buy again. Had this been my first purchase I would have written the product as junk, and with the contact problems getting customer support to help I would be very negative with this review. My recommendation would be to try a product if you are interested and be patient if there’s a problem. ISOtunes EVENTUALLY will make it right. Good Luck!

GREAT PLUGS

THESE ARE GREAT EARPLUGS. I HAVE A FEW THINGS I THINK COULD HELP. 1 I WISH WHEN I AM WEARING THEM MY PHONE WOULD TELL ME HOW MUCH BATTERY I HAVE. 2 I PURCHASED THE LANYARD FOR MY PLUGS AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THEM OFF AFTER EACH USE. IT NEEDS A CHARGER CASE THAT WILL INCORPORATE THE LANYARD. 3 MY LEFT EAR SEEMS TO WORK OUT ON ME AFTER HOURS OF USE I NEED TO FIND THE BEST SIZE FOR MY EAR. YOU CANT HELP ME WITH THIS JUST THOUGHT I WOULD ADD IT IN CASE SOMEONE HAS A SUGGESTION. ALL TOGETHER I REALLY LOVE THESE. THEY BLOCK THE NOISE VERY WELL AND I CAN ENJOY MY MUSIC WHILE WORKING ON MY TRACTOR AND NEVER MISS A PHONE CALL. GIVE THEM A TRY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Such a great gift! My son-in-law loves while he’s doing woodworking with loud machines!!
