Underoath: They're Only Chasing Safety

Product itself was great, however Im putting 2 stars cause the customer service was awful, and the communication was horrendous. Was stated as a preorder, understandable, but was promised many different shipping dates over almost 6 months from purchase date, and when I asked for clarity I got ghosted. So honestly, wouldnt buy from them again for that reason.
