Sadly my delivery I sent back as not in normal p Louise packaging it was explained to me that the packaging they used was a promotion they sent it back to me not a problem. Unfortunately, there was a disruptive in getting these to me probably someone in Royal Mail or someone in transit had taken the pallets P Louise Customer Service team were fantastic and sent me new ones which got to me in good time.
