CNC Router Machine CL-4x4

Super easy to put together! Everything fit perfectly and instructions clear. Had it assembled in under an hour taking my time. I am very pleased with my purchase so far snd would recommend it.

Cutting problems

Unsure if it is a software issue or a mechanical issue. Halfway through my cuts the machine has stopped multiple times. Some other issues is that there will be a machining issue such as the router will not lift and routes a grove in my project. I have lost a few pieces of acrylic material due to this issue. I have since went to soft woods that are much cheaper I have looked in many places to try and figure out the issue. I would appreciate some help from customer service on this one.
