I notice a difference in my skin & nails, my hair I’m still working on. . .

I purchased Biotin for the purpose of improving my fingernails 😢. It’s only been a couple of weeks but I think they look better. It’s probably a combination of the Biotin and I’m taking better care of my nails in general.
