Modern Outdoor Floor Lamp

The lamps took over 5 weeks to get delivered, and even though I was promised updates that never happened. When delivered they did not have the ability to change color temperature as advertised. I called customer service on Friday and had to leave a voicemail. On the following Wednesday I left a second voicemail snd followed that with an email. Then I got a call and was informed that color temperature can change, but I tried the instructions and it didn't work. I was asked to send a video filmed at night to demonstrate my issue. Sent the video and never heard back. My next call was to tell them I was sending them back for a refund. Shipping cost $230, but I am pleased to be rid of them. They were much smaller than they appear online, and certainly don't look like a $300 product.

Delivery time was months

Product works OK. It is overpriced for what you get. I think there are better options for portable lighting.
