To facilitate oil changes, it might be better to have 2 open ended slots in the rear of the front plate rather than the 2 holes that now align with the 2 front holes of the rear plate. In that way, you need only remove 2 of the 6 bolts.

have to remove valance front, almost perfect fit was installed by shop, pilot mount holes in plate tight, maybe little bigger for more play during install be nice, black finish! have used offroad already no issues thus far!
