Great hat

I reached out the day I got the wrong order and filled out the form still no one has gotten back to me I have 2! Hats not one of them is the right one nor did I pay for either of them it was supposed to be a xmas present and I know the ruby sells out fast so very frustrating knowing I finally got it before it sold out and still didn’t get it

Very great hat no problems with it and my girlfriend loves it 5/5
