Really loved this workshop. I get so much out of taking workshops with Ilaria. More important then learning abs anatomy or the exercises, in this workshop Ilaria teaches you how to think,so you are set up to problem solve when your with your clients or for yourself .The workshop was very well organized and Ilaria was very knowledgeable. Looking forward to more!
