Great hat, good fit, excellent quality

They advertised this cap as a baker boy when in reality it’s only a normal flat cap and then the person that I dealt with took it personally when I said I didn’t want it and became awkward , expecting me to pay for there mistake in picking the order and pay to return it when it’s there company policy to send a return label and then became unhelpful..shame as I would have dealt with the company quite a lot .Now I’ll carry on doing business with Jack Pyke instead of William Powell.
