Finally Truly Healthy Hydration!

This has been my go to drink all summer especially when I’ve overdone it physically and need to recoup. It tastes great and doesn’t have any of the unhealthy ingredients a lot of hydrating drinks have. I love it!

Good for a hint of flavor

I enjoy this best with one scoop on my water bottle. It hides the creatine flavor I add every morning before the gym. It’s refreshing and keeps hydration interesting.
