Ti Leafy Lei

Nice but small

I love supporting Leilani’s and their ohana. This lei was well made and fresh. No complaints there. I underestimated the size of person who would be wearing it (my godson is 6’+ and 250lbs+ so it looked like a choker on him lol. I just unhooked it and draped it over his shoulders. If I order this again it would be for someone more petite. Aloha and mahalo aunty Leilani!

Horrible customer service

The item was wonderful, but the service was disappointing. We pre-ordered two leis, one of which was out of stock online. We were advised by your employees to purchase the mango beads in-store, then order the ti leafy lei online, with a note to custom make the two items together. When we arrived on Sunday, June 2nd, to pick up the order, it was not made, and the notes were never entered. The gentleman and another employee made us feel as if we were in the wrong, despite an employee acknowledging that she had assisted us previously. Additionally, the gentleman incorrectly insisted that we owed more than what we had paid. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. While we understand it is a busy time of year, the tone and attitude were not appreciated.
