It is made of what seems to be a good quality that will hopefully last in the Florida weather. It was easy for my wife and I to put up and secure in about 20 minutes. My only negative comment so far would be that it looks as if some print from a different item or maybe the same one imprinted onto mine. It's not totally noticeable but it still is when you look for it.
