Fruit Of The Spirit Embroidery Kit

Disappointed

I purchased both an embroidery kit and a punch needle kit for Christmas gifts. It took 26 days for me to receive the items. The order was delivered in two shipments. Which in the FAQ's it states that orders are not split. I believe I only received the embroidery kit after I emailed the company asking where the second half of my order was. The punch needle kit arrived in a beautiful box with a picture of the completed kit on the front with everything needed inside. The embroidery kit came in a plain white box, damaged and only a QR code to scan for directions. These kits are not cheap. I really was expecting higher quality. To say I am disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.

Love the ease of use of it beng in a kit form.
