Nice Aspen - Stay the Night Shimmer Topper

One of my favorite formula of toppers! Very rarely do I notice glitter fallout after it has dried, and if I do, it’s just a small shimmer or two. I haven’t tried layering more than twice, but it does build up nicely without feeling heavy. These are a must try!
