I ordered a watch strap, just emailed after to cancel the order, no response. Received an email next day that my order has been shipped. Order arrived, strap did not fit my watch (was too thick). I emailed asking for a return. No response. Horrible customer service

First time trying out an FKM rubber strap and I was not disappointed. Great fit and feel. Would definitely recommend this strap.

Great service from Josh. Website should have instructions on sizing wrist for straps the buyer has to cut before installing clasps.
