Kefiyyeh Inspired Abaya - White ( Olive Green Embroidery )

Lovely design and beautiful silhouette, but quite sheer.

Overall, I like this abaya. I got the size small, which was too long for this 4'11 girl, It's like a traditional size 52. I hemmed it 2 inches. I also had to layer another abaya underneath it so that it was not see through. I was expecting denser fabric at this price point or at least a slip to help make it complete. My main issues is that the buttons started coming loose after a couple wears, so I had to reinforced them. No issues since. If you get this abaya, I would suggest people reinforce the buttons before they start coming off. Overall, there are areas of improvement, but it's got a nice shape and perfect for protests and the masjid.

Beautiful but not represented well

I love this abaya so much but the initial pictures should have shown what the buttons look like, because they don’t go down the full length of the abaya just a little bit and looks extremely awkward when it’s open, especially since the buttons are black so they contrast a lot with the white. Maybe a belt should be included. Other wise the shipping was fast and the rest of the abaya is great!!

pleasantly surprised

the quality was better than i expected, i get compliments on it all the time and its very comfortable. only thing is i didn’t realize they weren’t buttoned all the way down so you have to wear a dress under it which is totally ok
