9188 Power Lift Recliner – Dual Motor, Lay Flat, Heat & Massage

I purchased the recliner as a replacement for one I had for several years. The primary function that I was attracted to was the stand up assist, which works very well. The chair is comfortable, but I am having a little bit of a problem laying back in chair with my legs up. I can get more comfortable by moving the pillow around from my lumbar up my back in various positions. Probably just a matter of time getting adjusted to it.

Purchase went smoothly and delivery updates were good. We received the chair this week. The chair is beautiful and perfect sizing. My husband is having surgery this week and needed a chair that can lower head to 180 degrees. It is just what we needed. We have not needed to use any massage feature yet however we have had one issue. The male power connector between the massage apparatus and remote was smashed somehow - packing? transit? Our son feels he can work on this today and if he is unable to fix we may need to contact Irene for advice. Otherwise, chair was a great purchase. Ordered this for my mom as she's been going through rehab and needs the extra assistance to get up and out of chairs. This recliner is the perfect size for her small apartment and the material is very nice. The recliner is very comfortable and it was easy to put together.
