Classic Ikon 8" Bread Knife

I bought the Classic Ikon 8" Bread Knife years ago. I have a large salad every day and the knife cuts/slices beautifully. I just bought the exact knife a few weeks ago so I will have 2, since the first one is getting tired of slicing all the vegetables over the many years.

I personally was not going to put a bread knife in my blocks building budget as I think bread is fairly easy to cut, but once you step into the class of these quality knives there won’t be any junk in my block.
