Classic Ikon 8" Chef's Knife

I purchased this knife from credit received from a warranty claim for an almost 20 year-old knife. The return was completely no-hassle, just mailed it in with the warranty form and received credit within a week or so. I love the Ikon handle on this Classic blade, and the knife arrived razor-sharp. No need for me to sharpen once it arrived, it was ready for business day one.

Upgraded

I had the classic handles for decades - but recently upgraded to this handles and I love them. These fit in my hands so much better and as I age, I feel they will work better for me.
