This knife is incredibly versatile. I use it for all kinds of fruits and vegetable dishes as well as cutting bread. I'm always reaching for it. And it is extremely well made.

Great knife

I bought this knife to complete my Wusthof Classic knife set. I really love it for slicing citrus fruits and other foods with thick rinds or skins. The serrated blade effortlessly goes through lemons, limes, oranges, etc. and it is a great addition to my knives.
