manufacturing maybe needs to do better quality control checks on these… my first order, the O was shiny, off-centered, & not matte lighter grey, & the W was the lighter grey but still shiny. i did an exchange & the second time the W was not matte light grey & super shiny. can’t be mad though because customer service sent me all of the charms again, free of charge, & they all look great now (: third times the charm !! (pun intended…)
