Ordered the sunshade for a 44’ contender with an addition set of mounts so it could be used to cover the fwd couch set in front of the console or switch it and use it to cover the cockpit. I installed the bases myself and it was pretty straightforward. We used it last week on the fwd mounts we we slowed down offshore a trolled for some mahis at 8-10 mph and it was great. Wouldn’t recommend going much faster than that with it up but it kept the grandkids out of the direct sun and we were very happy with it. Only thing I’m going to adjust is the metal clips so as not to scratch the hardtop. Think it can be done with plastic clips and straps.
