I received my order today and am disappointed that this is not the entire TIME magazine and just a photo copy of the front cover. Your description is ambiguously unclear. While the actual content of a “would be” complete TIME magazine seems possibly irrelevant, having the current events and advertising and such from the period in time when this happened has value ….. more than a signed photo.
