GHOSTS DISCOVERY SET

I can see why these scents have such a mixed reception. I personally like Doppleganger the most out of the bunch, Spectral Grace and The Veil are ok. But Ektoplasma and Shadow People are... too sweet. These are likely the two that overwhelm people, as I've seen a sickly too-sweet smell referenced in other reviews. Overall I got what I ordered and satiated my curiosity with this set, but I think smoky, woodys smells are more my thing. And I wouldn't have figured that out without sample sets like these, so I really can't complain. For anyone else looking to purchase, please keep in mind that all of these are on the very sweet/floral side. Doppleganger is the least sweet imo. Not terrible, but just not for me! Gorgeous packaging as always, and It comes with sample strips to spray so you don't have to test them on your skin.

Ghost set

I enjoyed the atmospheric tone of these, except Spectral Grace was far too flower. I was expecting more than just Lily of the valley. Shadow People was insane to me, I never imagined someone could bottle up the smell of an empty cold room before. It was unique but made me sick after a while of wearing it. Doppelgänger was wonderful, smelled so good and stays on for a while as a soft musk scent. I liked Ektoplasma way more than I ever imagined I would. The first few minutes are incredibly unique. I can’t even describe it. But it settles into a really soft skin scent that I like. The Veil is very pleasant, and it’s probably my favorite one.

Beautifully Haunting

Thrilled with this set. Each one smells like a different room of lost secrets. From the memories in an old dress to the chills of a dark hallway, it's great fun to choose which best suits the day's haunted mood. The packaging is also quite lovely, and I enjoyed reading about the essence of each creation.
