Excellent customer service

I purchased ~1 size up from my normal shoe size and very unfortunately the tips of my toes still got cold (granted in -10 to -30 F weather in Alaska when standing completely still) but the boots were snug with heavy socks so I thought maybe it was because I erroneously didn't get a big enough size. I reached out to Baffin and kindly requested whether I could exchange the boots for 1 additional size larger and they granted my request quickly and efficiently, which was more than I expected and greatly appreciated! Haven't tried out the new boots yet but I have a feeling next winter my toes will be toasty!

Very happy! Slightly snug on the feet at first due to the fluffiness inside, but after a few wears that tamps down and fits nicely. Not too heavy. The only downside to consider is that it feels like walking in snowboard or ski boots. . there's no flex. I dont mind that but someone else might.

They are very comfortable. I did not go up a size like it recommended. I think my size fits great with my winter socks.
