Received Used Boots

I recently bought these boots mostly because they were on sale, as a treat for myself. My puppy ate my new boots through the box so I decided to order another pair because they were still on sale. The second pair I received we're actually used, they had scuff marks on them, they had pet hair or maybe human hair on them as well. There was dirt underneath the bottom of the boots, not much but you could tell they were used mostly because of the many scuff marks. I contacted Baffins and sent pictures about this and they gave me a coupon of 50% off on my next pair of boots but the coupon is not applicable on boots that are on sale. I wanted to treat myself with these boots hence why I bought them on sale because I cannot afford to buy them not on sale. So this means that obviously I will never be able to buy another pair because I can't use my 50% off coupon on boots that are on sale. Which is very sad because I have owned a few pair of Baffin, mostly I think they are great boots but receiving used boots was not cool and the fact that they only gave me a 50% off coupon on my next pair of boots that are not on sale made it even worse. Needless to say mostly I do like Baffin boots but the customer service could do better. These Boots would have been my sixth pair but I'm not sure I'll be buying anymore.

Great boots for wet weather

I am usually a size 9. 5, I ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly. I like the wide fit, I wear thick socks in them. I find them to be quite grippy on snow and ice. I love that they are made in Canada. I have had lots of complements on them.

Love these boots

I was so pleasantly surprised by my purchase of these boots. I am usually a size 8. 5 wide, but ordered a 9. Comfortable and warm. Great fit. Can wear thin socks.
