Great mattress

My wife and I love both of our new mattresses. My son and his wife along with my daughter and son in law convinced us to buy them and we are not disappointed. However, isn’t there always😁, I emailed your customer service department a question on 4/25 and received an automated reply that someone would reply but alas, to date 5/6, I’ve received nothing. Fortunately, I don’t need an answer now but a word to the wise, when you set the expectation one should maintain it.
