Strumba Kalimba

Happy with purchase but not happy with the playingability of a kalimba that is not into

I love kalimbas but until now I did not own one I used to play one of my friends whose kalimba when she received it was in perfect 10 the one that I received had some dead keys they did not ring they thought it I have tried to tap them gently back and forth to find the key they are in but I have yet to figure that out so I am not 100% happy with this thing for I do not know how to tune a kalimba looks like I'll have to go online I was hoping this would be in a better situation that I could actually play it I can play a little on it but some of the keys do not ring they third so I won't have to go on Google I guess or YouTube and see if I can find a way to tune this thing hopefully the other ones that I have bought will be in better tuning

This is a pretty cool instrument I have ordered another Columba through this company since I ordered this one so I can't wait to get that one too this one sounds great wish I knew how to tune them
