2007-2014 GMC Yukon 1500, Yukon XL 1500 Magnetic Struts Front OE Replacement Kit (GC4FB)

So Ive had these new shocks installed since a few days after they were shipped to me. Since then the fitment is accurate. Direct plug and play and the red boot looks really nice too. But recently ive been having issues with the driver side shock working intermittently. Just today it seems like it siezed up. The truck was leaning forward and rode like garbage. I took the wheel off and the shock released. Also noticed tearings in the red boots. Reinstalled tire and sitting at good heigth again but after 20 miles it started acting up again. What can we do from here? Maybe a replacement?

The drivers side is shorter than the passenger side. Whole car is leaning
