Microscope Lens Edition - iPhone 14 Pro

Good but has a Very Specific Use.

I have tried this lens on a number of subjects with mixed results. The depth of field is very narrow and getting good shots is difficult. I found flat surfaces with light absorbing properties works best like fabric, skin and bird feathers. Anything with the slightest 3D dimension is difficult to focus on. Sometimes the glare of the light on the lens gives unpleasant results. I will get use from the lenses but it will be limited.

Ever wondered how a water drop attaches to a surface? Or how a 1.8mm bug looks like close up? How about a fish scale? So I'm already having so much fun with the 25mm macro lens... but this microscope lens is something else. Honestly, it's a lot harder to work with than the macro. But the results are amazing, at least for my purposes. Everybody, who wants to get a decent understanding of how surfaces work and explore the tiny worlds around us in nature, I can recommend this on! Keep up the good work, SANDMARC!
