I have only been taking for a few days but they seem to be good. No aftertaste or side effects that I can tell.

Peak Immunity

I found this product really helps with immunity. I used to take several different supplements. Such as extra zinc and vitamin D. But now, all I need it this product and my regular Wilderness Athlete vitamins. I even brought Peak Immunity with me on a recent trip to Italy.
