Warding off colds? Not quite sure yet.
Expected to see a visible improvement in warding off of colds, etc but haven’t realized it yet. Still getting colds at the same rate and recovery time is about the same. Worth it? Not quite sure yet.

Haven’t killed me yet
I have only been taking for a few days but they seem to be good. No aftertaste or side effects that I can tell.
