The process to order and product exceeded my expectations. It was less than a week from the date of my order to sleeping soundly on a very comfortable and well made mattress.

Love the way we got to design it to fit our needs. We had a hinge put into it so we can get under the bed without having to lift the entire mattress. That is a game changer. We also had the foot end corners cut off at a 45 degree angle and it is amazing how just doing that few inches gone gave us to walk around the bed. The representative.that worked with was wonderful!! I talked to her twice about the correct size. We went over measurements for exactly where the hinge needed to be placed and how much the lower corners needed to be removed. How wide the mattress needed to be so that the head end fit into the sides. My fifth wheel was so snug I could not tuck the quilt down the sides and always looked messy. With the new light weight I had this mattress and inch narrower and my quilt will be easy to pull down that in that area and look completely properly made!! I would definitely recommend this company for your next mattress needs.
