highly recommend for neurodivergent folks.

I got it as a gift from a friend and since then i use it daily. I recently bought another one but this time to gift it to my husband... It really helps keeping a simple journal effortlessly, write affirmations/gratitude even on days when it's difficult + most importantly the 'to do list' to tackle my day with a clear mind.

I love this journal. Its honestly changed things for me for the better. I'm more organised, productive and I'm achieving more than I thought I could. I also like myself a bit more. I'll definitely be getting another one next year.
