I have been loving Penhaligons the favorite and I’m glad it was available at scentrush!🥰🥰 it is a powdery elegant perfume and it is very very feminine! Kudos scentrush!

The fragrance itself, excellent. The packaging/shipping/delivery, excellent. The atomizer sprayer is perfection, it sprays out gently, not too much or too little and that detail is so important!
