Second one is falling apart after first use

The first tie I received had an obvious pill front and center so I reached out to Tie Bar and they quickly replaced it. The second one looked great and I used it for a wedding last week and it’s now falling apart. I didn’t tie it around my forehead or even remove it from my neck and the fabric all along the front of it is coming undone. It looked great for the one use but I can’t wear it again. I tried to save a buck and ended up getting two ties that I now have to use as fancy rags.
