Really Really Disappointed with the BOTN KF94 masks

These were supposed to be high quality, adjustable masks, but they are way too small and CONSTANTLY fall off even with the strap adjustment. The bottom part of the mask is tiny and does not stay on the chin. Instead it bunches up and we end up having a strap of mask on her face that is all jumbled up. I am so unhappy with BOTN - I wish I could exchange or return these, but Be Healthy wouldn't issue any refunds even though they are individually packed and unopened.
