I would like to share my disappointment regarding the quality of your jewelry. Unfortunately, the second order I received has also broken without any particular wear or mishandling on my part. Given that this is now the second time I’ve experienced this, I am not seeking a replacement but rather wanted to let you know about this recurring issue. I really hope that this feedback can be used to improve the quality of your pieces in the future.
